Face to Face Only Once a year with monthly tele-consults - This is more expensive but you only have to visit the doctor once in a year.
Face2Face Consultation: ($299) - You receive your script and fill at your local pharmacy or by Mail-Order. You will receive a follow-up TeleConsult each month for $199. You will be given an e-script for your local pharmacy or Mail Order. You have to visit the doctor once a year.

Should you receive any other pertinent medical records throughout the year such as an MRI or CT, please submit them to us for reference
by your doctor.
